In my role as Senior Creative Designer, I collaborated closely with coaches, recruiting staff, and the communications department to fulfill all in-office and creative recruiting needs. Additionally, I played a key role in marketing the program from a recruiting standpoint, leveraging my expertise to enhance our brand presence and attract top talent.
My primary responsibilities included creating visually engaging recruiting graphics tailored to individual prospective student-athletes, overseeing environmental design initiatives, and directing and photographing recruits during on-campus visits to showcase our facilities and campus environment effectively. I also managed event signage, developed compelling social media content to engage with recruits and fans, and produced internal creative content to support various program initiatives. Additionally, I led the photographic team and staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual assets that aligned with our program's brand identity and messaging.
